Septarian Nodules: Apatite, Aragonite, Calcite: New Septarian Nodule Deposit! Calcite, Apatite, and Aragonite interior nodules, with a grey to brown limestone (Carbon-rich Calcite) turtle-shell like rind exterior. Many of these form hollow cavern geodes and/or feature amazing crackle patterns inside! Pieces range from about 4" to 24" in size, but most are around the 6 to 12" range. Around 10-20% will have more cavernous qualities, and almost all have moderate to excellent patterns. Nearly all are well-suited for lapidary cutting and polishing.
